I have many friend who visit Bangladesh quite often from the U. K Most people in Uk are from the slyhet district and hence why the girls in Slyhet are expensive comapred to rest of Bangladesh. I know of many pimp who go to Dhaka and recruit girls so they can be pimped in Slyhet because of the UK based Bangladeshi living in Slyhet who will pay that xtra.
The army almost wiped out the hotel scean and it gradually getting back. The gap has been filled by really bad pimps who hire a rundown hotel and pay the local police off so they can trade. I was taken to a location and was so disgusted by what i saw that it put me off. There were 2 girls, 1 in each room who were on duty from 10am till 8pm with only lunch break and there was a que of young men payin taka for a pop. Cause I was from U.
