Where to start We were two couples, for the same price we have got different rooms, one smaller than the other one. No carpet for the shower. The window was cracked.
The shower is in the room, together with the toilet, divided by the rest of the room by a thin glass wall quite common in Indonesia. The door is on the side of the shower. No way to use the toilet without doing a mess once you had a shower. Moreover the door does not close properly, expect water in the room if you take a shower. Our reservation clearly stated that we had breakfast included. When the night before we asked the reception where to go for breakfast, they answered us we could have nasi goreng to take away from the 5 star hotel in front of us.
This is clearly not breakfast. If the reservation says breakfast included I expect to sit down at a table and drink and eat something whatever it is. I had to explain this to the receptionists, and it was a long discussion, due to the poor english they spoke. However, the morning after we had breakfast in the five star hotel in front of ours, and it was really good. Only one electrical outlet in the room, with naked wire.
I don't even wanna comment further. Finally, at the ground floor there is a bar. I am not sure if it I am not sure if it is part of the hotel property, but in any case you have to pass by it to access the hotel.
It is literally full of prostitutes hanging out with tourists. Poor wifi connection. Moreover you have to login manually every time with username and password.
