I read that situation is tense actualy, I will get a look in 2 weeks and will report if I was able to cross the border or not. I think going by train would be the best way to cross, they're not going to stop all the train just to harrass you.
Sicarius If you are an experienced traveller to these parts, you should have nothing to worry about right now. However, when you talk to people in Transdnistria, you will see how they are getting very worried that another civil war could be about to break out. Therefore, I think for most people, better to stay in Kishinev, which during the last war did not have any problems.
