In fact, we use very few electro-therapeutic machines since the evidence points to them being ineffective. As a bonus, the clinic itself is a beautiful space. Our private treatment rooms and state of the art gym provide a perfect environment to get you better.
But for your first visit, we generally recommend at least minutes, so as to allow for some assessment time. We have something for almost everyone. Our small class sizes are always customized to the participants in them.
We have one for osteoporosis; another for back strength; one for seniors; and yet another for people with injuries. We love it when a group up to 6 people come in and set up their own personalized exercise class. We don't require a referral for any of our services, however, some extended health plans do require a referral in order to be eligible for coverage.
